If you want to end your Lightspeed eCom subscription, contact us. Cancelling your subscription will prevent your customers from viewing your eCom store. Cancelling also prevents you from accessing your eCom admin. There are other more temporary ways to disable your eCom store.

Your Lightspeed subscription has a minimum duration of one year. Cancel your subscription at least one month before the contract expires to prevent an extension of an additional year. Termination of your subscription before it's expiry date is not possible.
