2. Connecting your domain to your online store [NB]

Once you've decided on your domain and acquired it from a domain registrar (for example, GoDaddy), you need to connect the domain to your eCom store. 

  1. On the left menu of the Back Office, go to Settings > Website Settings > Domains.
  2. Click Add a domain.
  3. In the Domain name box, add your custom domain and choose the appropriate top level domain suffix, such as .com, .net, .ca or .nl.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Take note of the domain instructions that display:

    When you add your domain to your online store, the CONNECT YOUR DOMAIN screen displays. You will need this information when configuring the DNS settings for your domain.

    NOTE: You can access the CONNECT YOUR DOMAIN instructions again by going to Settings > Website Settings > Domains and selecting CONNECT YOUR DOMAIN.
