These reports are only available to merchants who have subscribed to Lightspeed Payments and do not have the Retail point of sale connected to their eCom store. If you have Retail connected to eCom, read this Payout report article instead.
You can export the payouts and transaction status reports from your eCom admin in Tools > Exports.
- The payouts report - Provides an overview of the payouts statuses and amounts. Useful to understand when you're getting paid.
- The transaction status report - Provides a list of transactions, their statuses, cards and amounts. Useful for determining whether or not a payment has gone through, investigating claims of double-charging, and confirming the status of a refund.
