There are two kinds of orders: test orders and customer orders. For security and tax purposes, it is important to keep all customer orders.
You cannot delete orders in eCom. Refer to your situation in this table to find a solution:
|You only have test orders and you want to delete them to start fresh.||To have all your test orders deleted, contact us.|
|You want to help a customer who has explained they've purchased from your site by mistake.||
If privacy is requested from the customer, you can delete the customer's information from eCom. Read Managing privacy requests from customers for more information.
|You have a mixture of test and customer orders.||Cancel your test orders. Deleting your test orders without affecting your customer orders is not possible. Read Cancelling orders for more information.|
