Countries for the address of customers

You can indicate which countries you will accept orders by ticking them in the overview page, reachable through GENERAL > Settings > Country settings > Countries in the left menu of the back office. Your customers can subsequently select the country where they live and countries that you do not accept will not be displayed. Keep in mind, that if you do not select any countries, you will automatically receive orders worldwide. It is therefore wise to at least select one country.

The default drop-down menu language for entering checkout data is based on a customer’s IP address. If he/she originates from the Netherlands, it is set to Dutch.

Note! Under GENERAL > Settings > Shipment methods > Tab Countries you need to add the countries you want to ship to. If you don't do that, customers cannot place an order, since they can't select a shipping method.
