Adding FAQs

You can add a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page to your online store. Depending on the store theme you use, the FAQs are in footer of your store's navigation, under Customer support/service or on the right at the top.

  1. On the left menu of the Back Office click Content > FAQs.
  2. At the top of the screen click Add subject to create a category.
  3. Enter a category, for example Shipping and returns, and choose the language for the FAQ.
  4. Click Add your FAQ and add the question and answer, for example, When will I receive my order? and How long do I have to return goods?


    After you create your FAQs you can drag and drop them to reorder them.
