Navigate to MY ACCOUNT > Activities for an overview of all activities in the back office of your online store. This way, you can precisely see when orders have been added, paid and/or shipped and much more.
When you click on an activity, detailed information concerning the activity will be displayed.
If you want to be notified by e-mail of activity in your online store, you can do so by navigating to MY ACCOUNT > Profile in the left menu. Click the Settings tab and tick the E-mail store activity checkbox. You will then receive an e-mail every four hours, containing recent activity in your online store. For example, this e-mail will notify you that you have received new tickets.
