Hi. How can we help?

Importing specifications

You can manually create and add individual specifications for your products or use our Imports tool to bulk import specifications.

Specifications are displayed in the Specifications tab of product pages in an online store. These allow users to select a specification (such as 5" screen size) and then see only products with that specification.

You can upload specifications or apply specifications to specific products by importing product specifications.

Exporting your data

To ensure you have the correct columns and information, we recommend that you export your existing specifications or product specifications and edit the spreadsheet using a spreadsheet software, such as Google Sheets, LibreOffice, or Microsoft Excel.

To export your data:

  1. Navigate to Tools > Exports.
  2. Click Add export.

Exports page with Add export emphasized.

  3. From the dropdown list, select Specifications or Product specifications.

New Export pop-up with dropdown list to select export type.

  4. Click Export.
  5. In your list of exports, click Download next to your newly-exported spreadsheet.
