How many products you can have in your online store depends on:

1. the eCom plan you're subscribed to
2. the number of product variants you have

About your eCom plan

With eCom, you can choose from three plans. Each has a different limit for the total number of products. Note: Each product variant counts as a separate product.

Product variants

If you use product sets or have added a number of options (for example, different sizes) to a given product in its Inventory & variants tab, by navigating to its associated page through SHOP > Products > Products in the left menu of the back office, a new product will be created for each variant. These product options or variants will be deducted from the total number of products your subscription package entitles you to. If you want to avoid this, we recommend working with custom fields.
