• On the left menu of Back Office click View notifications.

  

To receive emails notifications of shop activity

1. On the left menu of the Back Office, go to Settings > General Settings > Account.
2. Click Edit at the top right on the Account Overview page.
3. Scroll down to the ACCOUNT SETTINGS area, and toggle on the Email store activity option. You will receive an email every four hours detailing all recent activity in your online store.
4. To receive email notifications when new orders come in, also toggle on Email new orders.
