As an eCom store owner, you can deny user account access, restrict access to Back office settings, and prevent users from accessing product costs.
When changing user permissions, you'll need to confirm the change using a code sent to your email address. This code will expire after 10 minutes and will last for 30 minutes after use before you'll be prompted to enter another code. 5 failed attempts to enter a code will trigger an automatic account lockout and forced password reset.
Understanding user permissions
All permissions are granted access to the Home screen and Settings > Account.

- Orders - The Orders section and the Customers section (except for Import/Export settings).
- Content - The Content section, Blogs section, and Settings > Notification emails.
- Settings - The Settings section.
- Products - The Products section (except Import/Export settings), Tools > Files, Tools > Barcodes, Settings > Delivery timeframes, and Settings > Additional costs.
- Import/Export - Tools > Imports and Tools > Exports.
- Design - The Design section (except access to the Theme Store).
- Marketing - The Marketing section (except Wish Lists).
