Within your eCom (C-Series) Back Office, you can export gift card information to track gift cards, assist with liability calculation, and send marketing to gift card holders with unredeemed balances.
The exported information is limited to the last four digits of the gift card code.
To export your gift card information:

Navigate to Customers > Gift Cards.

Click Export.
Your gift card information will automatically download as a CSV file.
