This program is only available to certain North American merchants.

This article outlines the pre-upgrade details to ensure you have a smooth experience as you upgrade to Lightspeed eCom (E-Series).

Getting ready to upgrade

To get ready for the upgrade to eCom (E-Series), follow these steps:

  1. Contact your Account Manager to request an upgrade to eCom (E-Series).
  2. Once your Account Manager processes this request, click Upgrade to E-Series on your main menu.

  3. On the About E-Series page, click the Upgrade Now button.

What data will migrate

  • Store settings
  • Categories
  • Products and variants
  • Customers
  • Discount codes
  • Theme*

*Theme transfers are currently only available for the Ignite and Conform Plus themes. If you do not use either of these themes, you can start from scratch with your design and apply it to your eCom store.

What data will not migrate

  • Order history

    *You can access your eCom (C-Series) order history and reporting in Retail POS.

  • Service tickets and appointments
  • URL redirects
  • Domains
  • Apps
