You can receive support for your theme by reviewing their theme documentation, contacting the theme developers or by Contacting us.

You can locate a theme manual through your eCom admin.

1. In your eCom admin, select Design.
2. Select Read theme documentation on the right-hand side of the screen.

You can also locate a theme manual through the theme store. 

1. Go to the theme store on the Lightspeed HQ website.
2. Search for and select your theme.
3. A link is provided under Documentation, on the right hand-side of the screen.

Contacting your theme's developer

If you cannot find the answers you are looking for in the manual, many theme developers have a support email located above the developer's website on their theme page.

1. In your eCom admin, select Design.
2. If available, the developer's contact information is located below the Read theme documentation link.

You can obtain the theme developer's email, through the theme store on the Lightspeed HQ website.

1. Go to the theme store on the Lightspeed HQ website.
2. Search for and select your theme.
3. Under the Install now button, click Need support?
