How many products you can have in your online store depends on:
- The eCom plan to which you are subscribed.
- The number of product variants you have.
About your eCom plan
Each eCom plan has a different limit for the total number of products.

Each product variant counts as a separate product.

Product variants
If you use product sets or have added a number of options (such as different sizes and/or colors) to a given product, a new item will be created for each variant in your eCom admin under Products > Inventory. These product options or variants will be deducted from the total number of products included in your subscription package.
For example, if you have a T-Shirt that comes in sizes XS, S, M, L and XL, you will be adding 5 products to your eCom. Supposing you have the Basic plan, which allows you to have up to 250 products uploaded to your shop, that means you can now add 245 more items.
To avoid having variants counted as separate products, you can use custom fields.
