When orders come into Lightspeed eCom, they are visible at a glance by logging into your eCom Back Office > Orders.
- Viewing an order: You can view an order by clicking on the order number.
- Searching an order: You can search for orders using the search bar.
- Filtering an order: You can filter your orders in 2 ways:
- Click Filter Orders
- Click on one of the available filters.
- Exporting an order: You can export your orders by clicking on Export > Export orders.
- To download your export on the Back Office go to Tools > Exports.
Bulk action
Select the desired orders by ticking their check boxes and then clicking the selected items dropdown menu at the left of the screen to perform a bulk action. You can choose from the following actions:
- Hold Selected: Sets the order status of all selected orders to Hold.
- Unhold Selected: Releases the Hold status to all selected orders.
- Mark as Paid: Sets the order status of all selected orders to Paid.
- Mark as Shipped: Sets the order status of all selected orders to Shipped.
- Send Payment Reminder: Sends payment reminders to customers that have placed an order.
- Cancel Selected Orders: Cancels the selected orders. Note: Cancellation of an order cannot be undone.
- Print Shipping Labels: Prints shipping labels for all selected orders.
- Print Postage Labels (3x11 - A4): Prints 3 x 11 cm postage labels. The size cannot be modified.
- Print Packing Slips: Creates a PDF file containing all packing slips of selected orders.
- Print Invoices: Creates a PDF containing all invoices associated with selected orders. If credit notes have been created, they will also be added to the PDF.
- Export to .CSV: An export file is created containing all data of selected orders.
- Export Product List: Creates a .csv file of all products associated with selected orders.
All modifications will be applied to the orders selected.
