Hi. How can we help?

Column titles in product exports

The following table provides a description for all the column titles in a product export.

Language abbreviations in this table are identified by two placeholders: XX or X-language. Match these placeholders with the languages you have enabled in your eCom store. Use the language table located here to know how your languages will be abbreviated.

Description
01 Internal_ID

This field will turn each product into a unique product or product variant. If each product is unique, make sure to provide a unique number for each row. If you have four products, of which three are variants (for example sizes S, M, L and XL but all referring to the same product), enter the same number for all four. The number is determined at your own discretion and may, therefore, have any desired value.

This column is required when updating existing products.

02 Internal_Variant_ID

The variant ID will be created here, which can also be used to group items in the Import Wizard. When editing products, these fields have already been completed. If you are importing new products, this field may be left blank. Note: These numbers cannot be used in Back Office searches.

This column is required when updating existing products.

04 Brand Enter the product brand here.
05 Supplier Enter the name of the product supplier here.

For example: You add a product with a title entered as Red Sweatshirt. The web address of the product will be: https://www.yourdomain.com/red-sweatshirt.html

Further changes to the title of your product will not adjust the web address to preserve any search engine ranking. To adjust the URL of the product, you need to change the Product URL. You can do this manually as explain in Managing product SEO data.

To import changes to the URL, see Product URL.
