Enabling or disabling discount codes

You can enable or disable discount codes individually or using bulk actions. By default a discount code is created in a disabled state unless manually enabled when being created. To enable an expired discount code, make sure to adjust the active time period.

Individually

  1. In your eCom admin, go to Marketing.
    Shows an arrow hovering over 'Marketing' in the main menu of the eCom admin.
  2. Select Edit on the relevant the discount code, or create a new one.

  3. To enable/disable, toggle on/off the switch labeled Enable Discount Code.

  4. Select Save.
    Shows an arrow hovering over the save button.

Bulk actions

  1. In your eCom admin, go to Marketing.
    Shows an arrow hovering over 'Marketing' in the main menu of the eCom admin.
  2. Check the boxes beside the discount codes you want to enable/disable.
    Shows an arrow hovering over a checkbox to the left of a discount code.
  3. Select X item(s) selected > Activate/Disable.
    Shows an arrow hovering over the activate/disable button.
