You can create custom fields to offer customization choices for products, like text engraving or delivery times, and group them into sets. Now, edits made to custom field sets automatically apply changes to products within the set.

Enable the CBE Waste Recycling Fee
The California Covered Battery-Embedded (CBE) Waste Recycling Fee requires merchants to charge a specific fee to customers based in California when selling certain products with embedded batteries. If you have shipping to the US configured in your settings, you can enable the CBE fee in your eCom (C-Series) back office.

Manage customer withdrawal requests
As of June 19, 2026, merchants selling to customers in the EU and EEA are required to offer customers the right to withdraw. In eCom (C-Series), customers can request a full or partial order withdrawal through their customer account, confirmation email, or a withdrawal form on your site’s footer. Customer withdrawal requests can be managed on the Withdrawals page in your eCom (C-Series) back office.
