Testing appointments

We recommend testing your shopping service to confirm that the appointment booking experience is ready for your customers. To test your shopping service, go to your online store and book an appointment. Then, cancel the test appointment in your eCom back office.


Testing your shopping service

  1. From your eCom admin, select View store.
  2. Navigate to the appointment booking screen.
  3. Select a shopping service.
  4. Select a date and time.
  5. Enter a test customer name, email, and phone number. Use a different email address than your service address to view the booking confirmation email. Then select Book your appointment.
  6. Check your email and review it. It should contain basic appointment information and any custom text you have added.
