Has your blog gone live and have you written your first blog posts? Then it might be useful to know how to manage it, so you can enable your readers to respond, or to add tags. How this works, you can read below.
When readers submit comments to your blog and you have checked the box to approve them first, you can manage this through the left menu in the back office. Click on SERVICE > Blogs and select the Comments tab.
You can approve comments by clicking them and tick the Approved check box and respond to messages immediately. Do you want to simultaneously delete several comments? Tick the comments you wish to delete and select the option Delete in the drop-down menu on the left at the bottom of the screen.
You can add tags to your blog posts, but your customers can do so too. Tags are keywords that collectively describe your blog posts. You can manage them through the left menu in the back office. Click on SERVICE > Blogs and select the Tags tab. Tags created by readers will only become visible after your approval.
