Have you not been able to find what you were looking for in the manual, as well as the FAQs? Post your question(s) through our message center, which can be found through MY ACCOUNT > Customer service in the left menu of the back office. Click green plus icon in the navigation at the top of the screen to enter your message.

Be as specific as you can be with your question(s), this will enable us to provide you with optimal service. For example, would you like to know more about a certain order? Make sure to mention the order number. If necessary, add a document/image by clicking Add file.

If you prefer being spoken to over the phone, you may call +31(0) 20 820 23 91 and press 1 for Support in the voice menu.

Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, which is why we dedicate the utmost care to the quality and user-friendliness of our service. Therefore, sending tickets as well as contacting us by phone is free of charge.

If you cancel a message, you can no longer reply to the email thread it belongs to. In that case, you will have to create a new ticket in the message center.
